1. The agreement
What TVAYPI is
TVAYPI is a reseller. A third-party platform operates the streaming service; we sell you access to it and hand you the credentials that open it. We do not own that platform, we do not produce or license what runs on it, and we have no say over what it carries.
What a subscription actually is
You are buying a fixed window of access — 30 days or 12 months — carrying the number of simultaneous connections you chose at the time of ordering. What appears inside that window is the platform operator's decision. Channels, catalogues and guides move without warning, and we are in no position to promise that any given channel, fixture, film or series will still be there tomorrow.
One household
The credentials belong to one home and are for private viewing there. Reselling them, posting them, showing the service in a bar, shop or any public room, or passing the stream on to others are all outside what you have bought. Where we find that happening, the account is closed and no money comes back.
What we need from you
- Contact details that actually reach you — we cannot deliver credentials into a typo.
- An internet connection and a device of your own. Reckon on 5 Mbps for SD, 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K.
- That you keep the credentials to yourself.
- Compliance with the law where you live, including whatever rules govern which broadcasts you may lawfully watch there. That judgement is yours to make and we are not able to advise on it.
Getting your credentials
During support hours we aim to have you set up inside ten minutes. Anything arriving overnight is dealt with the next morning. Everything is sent by email to the address on your order.
When the picture stops
We aim high on uptime, but no one honestly promises television that never drops. Failures at the platform, on your own connection or on your device sit outside anything we control. Where a line is genuinely down for a sustained stretch, we replace it and add the lost days to the end of your subscription. That is what we offer, and it is the whole of it.
The free test
One per household, running 24 hours from the moment we switch it on, and it is the complete service rather than a cut-down version — the point is that you can judge it before paying anyone. We reserve the right to turn down a test where the offer is plainly being worked.
The invitation offer
Where somebody takes a 12-month subscription and enters your order reference in the “Invited by” field, 30 days are added to their subscription and 30 to yours once their payment has settled. It applies to 12-month orders and nothing else, the reference has to be on the order itself rather than mentioned afterwards, and it cannot be taken as money. We will decline it where both sides of the invitation are the same household, or where the pattern suggests it is being farmed.
How it ends
Nothing here renews itself. Your subscription reaches its date and stops, unless you write to us and ask for more. Walking away is always available to you — what that means for money already paid is set out in the next section.
The limit of what we owe
Whatever we may owe you is capped at what you paid for the subscription period you are in. Indirect or consequential losses are not something we take on. None of this touches liability that the law does not permit anyone to limit.
If these terms change
These terms can be revised. Whichever version was on this page when you ordered is the one that governs that order — a later edit does not reach backwards.
Which law applies
Moroccan law governs this agreement. If you are a consumer living in the EU or the UK, that choice does not strip you of the mandatory consumer protections of your own country, and you remain free to bring a claim there.
2. Money back
After the credentials leave us, the subscription cannot be refunded. That is precisely why the free 24-hour test exists — so the trying happens on your own television, before any money does.
The reason for that
What you are buying is digital and it is handed over at once. The moment credentials exist, the access has been given, and access is not a thing that can be handed back.
The 14-day right, and what happens to it
A consumer in the EU or the UK normally has 14 days to walk away from an online purchase. For digital content handed over straight away, that right falls away the moment delivery starts — but only where the buyer asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right.
The tick box on our order form is exactly that acknowledgement. Ticking it is you asking for the credentials now, and accepting that the 14-day right ends when they go out.
Until the credentials are actually sent, the right is still yours. Write before delivery and you get everything back.
When money does come back
- You paid and no credentials ever reached you.
- The same subscription was charged to you twice.
- The service is unavailable for a sustained stretch and we cannot get you a working line.
In those cases the money goes back the way it came. Give it up to ten working days to show on your statement.
When it does not
- You received working credentials and then changed your mind.
- A channel or event you were counting on turns out not to be carried, or the platform drops it.
- Your connection or your hardware cannot carry the stream.
- The account was closed because the one-household rule was broken.
Try this before asking
The overwhelming majority of faults take minutes to clear. Write to us before anything else: swapping the line, resetting the credentials or setting the app up again fixes nearly everything, and whatever time you lost gets added to the end.
3. Your data
Who is responsible for it
TVAYPI. Contact: contact@tvaypi.com.
There is no database behind this site, no account to create and nothing following you around. The order form assembles your order inside your own browser and hands it to you to send.
What reaches us, and what for
- The order itself — your name, a phone number, an email address if you give one, the device you named, a MAC address where the device needs one, and what you ordered. Without these there is no account to open and nowhere to send it. Lawful basis: performing the contract.
- What the payment tells us — a name, an amount, a date, and whatever receipt you forward. Your card number never passes through us. Lawful basis: the contract, and the records we are obliged to keep.
- The correspondence — the email thread, kept so that support, renewals and any later disagreement have a history to refer to.
What never reaches us
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, nothing counting visitors. The order form does keep what you typed in your own browser's storage so a second order is not a second round of typing — that copy sits on your device, we see none of it until you press send, and the button under the form wipes it.
- No card or bank details. PayPal handles that side of it from end to end.
- No record of your viewing. We cannot see what you watch, or when.
What your browser keeps
When you move through to pay, the order is written into your browser's own storage so the confirmation page can read it back to you. It never leaves the device, it is never sent here, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Who else sees it
- The platform operator — only what is needed to open and keep your account running.
- PayPal — which processes the payment under its own privacy policy, not ours.
- Your email provider and ours — as the route the correspondence travels.
Nothing is sold, and nothing goes anywhere for marketing purposes.
Data leaving your country
We operate from Morocco. If you are in the EU or the UK, that means your details are handled outside your own country. We move no more than running your subscription requires.
How long any of it lasts
Order and payment records stay for three years past the end of your subscription, which is what handling a dispute and meeting record-keeping duties requires. Correspondence is kept while you are a customer and for a sensible period after that.
What you can ask us to do
If you are in the EU or the UK you may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, erase it, restrict what we do with it, or object to our using it at all. Write to contact@tvaypi.com and you will have an answer inside 30 days. If that answer does not satisfy you, the data protection authority in your country will hear a complaint.
Under-18s
This service is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly take data from children.
Revisions
Any change to this notice moves the date printed at the top of the page.
